According to Deadline, Andrew Schulz will play Dan Hibiki in the new Street Fighter movie.
First appearing in Street Fighter Alpha/Zero in 1995, Hibiki is consistently depicted as a confident, arrogant, yet completely weak character. The role seems perfect for Schulz, given his comedic background that has made him one of today’s top stand-up comedians in the U.S.
Andrew Schulz joins a cast including 50 Cent, Callina Liang, Andrew Koji, Noah Centineo, Jason Momoa, Roman Reigns, and Orville Peck. Kitao Sakurai is directing the film.
