Rocket Panda Games has announced the DLC character Kaho Shibuya for Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Ultimate, based on the real-life Japanese pop culture personality and cosplayer. A release date has not been announced.

- Four new enemy characters to battle on the new stage.
- A new stage set in a fictional “LA,” decked out for Anime Expo season, available in Co-op Mode.
- The stage collaboration features local Los Angeles food truck Okamoto Kitchen and Japanese 3D latte art store Latte Pocket.

To commemorate the launch, Japanese girl band Phantom Breakers will release an original track titled “WISH,” featuring Kaho Shibuya with vocals by Kaho herself. The single launches alongside the DLC release on all major streaming platforms.
Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Ultimate is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
