A few days ago, the official Stellar Blade account on X (formerly Twitter) was hacked. It was believed it would be quickly recovered, but issues persist.
Currently, if you access the account, you’ll see all posts are crypto scams, including a “stellar-coin” website.
The director of Stellar Blade addressed the matter, warning it’s a scam:
Hello, this is Hyung-Tae Kim, Director of Stellar Blade.
The party responsible for hacking our official account is currently operating the following website, through which they are repeatedly announcing fraudulent cryptocurrency airdrops. These promotions are also being posted from the compromised official account.
We inform you that this website has no affiliation with Stellar Blade, and we have never issued any cryptocurrency.
We sincerely request everyone exercise caution and avoid falling victim to this scam.
Should any further issues arise, we will notify you promptly.
Sincerely,
Hyung-Tae Kim
