HoYoverse announced Lauma as a new playable character in Genshin Impact.
Her release is scheduled for Version 6.0. Currently, players are enjoying Version 5.8.

As an indigenous people of this land, the Frost Moon Descendants no longer fit into modern-day Natlan.
They are too ancient, too bound by tradition, too entrenched in worshipping a goddess they have never seen.
They believe the wintry woodlands are their shield and sanctuary, and that the light of the full moon can dispel all evil.
They pray to the moon, beseeching: “O Goddess of the Frost Moon, when will you answer our wishes?”
And when met with only silence, they turn and ask again: “O Lunar Emissary, when will the Moon Goddess answer our wishes?”
Thus, Lauma stepped from the shadows of the trees and walked beneath the moonlight.
Thus, the faithful revered her radiant antler crown and silvered blood totem. Thus, she was consecrated as the herald of the vanished deity.
