A few days ago, we reported that the PS3 PS Store was experiencing issues.
Users could enter the store, but after browsing for a short while, a connection error would occur (a message stating the PS Store was under maintenance would appear), and the user would be thrown back to the PS3’s XMB.
Now, after four days of instability, users are reporting that the PS Store is back to normal on PS3. That is, the error message no longer appears and you can browse the store normally.
So, despite the PS3 PS Store being up and running for about 18 and a half years, it wasn’t this time that Sony abandoned it on the legacy console.
