Atari and Limited Run Games have revealed that Bubsy in: The Purrfect Collection, the upcoming Bubsy games collection, will launch on September 9 for PS5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC.
As previously announced, Bubsy in: The Purrfect Collection will include the following eight titles and versions:
- Bubsy in Fractured Furry Tales (Jaguar)
- Bubsy in Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind (Mega Drive, SNES, Super Famicom)
- Bubsy II (Game Boy, Mega Drive, SNES)
- Bubsy 3D (PlayStation)
Additionally, Atari held a livestream yesterday (14th) showcasing the collection. See the features revealed (via ResetEra):
- Bubsy 3D features full widescreen display and includes a second version with proper analog controls.
- The cartoon pilot is included in the Meowseum, along with design documents, advertisements, and more.
- Cheat codes are enabled for each game.
- Collection includes a rewind function.
