Coffee Stain Publishing and developer Iron Gate Studio announced that Valheim will launch on PlayStation 5 in 2026.
Valheim first launched in Early Access for PC via Steam and Microsoft Store on February 2, 2021, followed by releases on Xbox Series and Xbox One on March 14, 2023.
“We’re thrilled that Valheim will soon reach even more players with its PlayStation release,” said Henrik Tornqvist, co-founder of Iron Gate Studio, in a press release. “Bringing both new and veteran players to a new platform allows more people to explore the world we’ve worked so hard to build, and we can’t wait to hear their stories as they dive into their Viking adventures.”
