Tensori has announced the release of POOLS for PlayStation 5 with PlayStation VR2 support on November 25. A demo is already available on the PS Store. Currently, the demo is flat screen only, but will be updated to support PlayStation VR2 soon.

POOLS first launched for PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, and itch.io on April 26, 2024. The PlayStation 5 version will launch with the base game, the “Chapter 0” expansion, and PlayStation VR2 mode.

POOLS invites players into a world of vast empty public pools and submerged hallways, blending haunting liminal architecture with the relaxing, sometimes unsettling presence of emptiness. Is someone watching you? Are they here with you? Is this just a dream? You can never be certain.
Developed by Tensori, a four-person team from Finland, POOLS became an unexpected phenomenon after its debut. The game won the “Best Creative Achievement of the Year” award at the Finnish Game Awards, received an “Overwhelmingly Positive” 95% rating on Steam, and allowed Tensori’s developers to turn their passion project into a sustainable studio.
PlayStation 5 players can experience the original POOLS game and “Chapter 0” expansion in both flat screen and PlayStation VR2. PlayStation VR2 mode will also be available as a free update.
