Publisher GRYPHLINE has announced that registrations are open for the Beta Test II of Arknights: Endfield, the 3D strategy RPG.
The test will be available for PC, iOS, and Android devices on November 28. Endministrators can now apply for Beta Test II by visiting the official website and completing the recruitment survey to enter the selection process. If selected, players will receive a notification via the email associated with their GRYPHLINE account used for registration.
A “PlayStation 5 Technical Test” is also planned for the future, though no date has been announced.
Alongside the announcement, GRYPHLINE shared a new trailer revealing several new characters, plus a special developer livestream hosted by game producer Light Zhong and Level Designer RUA.
The livestream detailed many features and updates for the second game beta, including a storyline rebuilt from scratch, revamped combat, a new region, and more. Key content for Beta Test II includes:
- Rebuilt Storyline & New Region: A fully reworked plot with new dialog scenes and animations where player choices lead to unique outcomes. Endministrators can explore Wuling, a new area blending oriental aesthetics with futuristic elements, fusing traditional and contemporary designs.
- New Characters & Combat Overhauls: Nine new Operators, including three six-star characters: Ardelia, Last Rite, and Pogranichnik. Combat updates feature combo systems, refined skills, and revamped boss battles.
- Factory System & Features: Endministrators can build and expand their Automated Industrial Complex (AIC), craft items, and utilize new tools like photo mode, squadmate guidance, and crate detection.
- Cross-Platform & Player Rewards: Enhanced controls and visuals on PC and mobile. Fans can pre-register to earn Basic HH Permits, the five-star Operator Snowshine, and special rewards when community followers reach 5 million.
The Arknights: Endfield Beta Test II will be time-limited, with all data wiped when servers close after testing. The end date will be announced later. During the test, data syncs between PC and mobile via linked accounts. The beta supports English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, and Russian localization.
Set in the universe of the popular mobile game Arknights, Arknights: Endfield introduces a new frontier world combining real-time combat, exploration, and base-building. Following an initial PC tech test in 2024, the game held its first closed beta in January 2025, letting players experience updated combat and AIC systems. Throughout the year, GRYPHLINE showcased the game at major industry events including Anime Expo, Japan Expo, and Gamescom.
Arknights: Endfield is currently in development for PS5, PC, and mobile devices, with a global release planned for early 2026.
