Content
New Killer – The Animatronic
Killer Power: Fazbear Fear
- The Animatronic lived to kill, even when the mechanical costume it wore became its coffin.
Special Ability: Fire Axe
- The Animatronic wields a Fire Axe that can be thrown at Survivors. If the Axe hits a Survivor, the weapon lodges into them and leaves them vulnerable. Survivors must remove the Axe to heal.
Special Map Feature: Security System
- At the start of the trial, 7 Security Doors spawn randomly across the map. Both Survivors and The Animatronic can interact with them.
- Each Security Door has a Camera. By interacting with the Door, Survivors gain access to Camera View. They can monitor all map cameras, navigate to their desired door, and potentially reveal the Killer’s aura to their team.
- Using Cameras and Doors consumes battery power. Survivors must wait for the system to reset after depletion. The Animatronic can always pass through Doors regardless of battery status.
- When The Animatronic moves through a Security Door, they can exit any other Door on the map. If emerging where a Survivor is present, they will instantly grab them.
Killer Perks
Help Needed:
- Damaging a Generator marks it as Weakened. Only one Generator can be Weakened at a time.
- When a Weakened Generator is completed, your successful basic attacks recharge 25% faster for 40/50/60 seconds.
Phobia of Ghosts:
- When a Survivor within your Terror Radius looks at you, they scream and reveal their aura for 2 seconds.
- This perk has an 80/70/60-second cooldown.
Uncontrolled:
- Exit gate levers with at least 80% progress regress at 80/90/100% of the gate-opening speed.
- While levers regress, Survivors see exit gate lights flash randomly.
- Note: The generator progression value in the in-game perk description may be outdated.
New Map – Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria
- A sordid creation still looms over the plains. A joyous place to some, yet terrifying to others. Do not be deceived by the vibrant hall colors and attractions. Many died within these walls—and many more will perish.
Quality of Life Improvements
Idle System Update
- Survivors are considered Idle after performing no interactions for 10 seconds.
- While Idle, Survivors accumulate Idle Points, and crows gradually gather around them—starting with 1, up to a maximum of 3.
- Idle Points accumulate slower while moving or when near the Killer.
- After 90 seconds, Survivors gain 3 crows and Loud Noise Notifications activate at regular intervals.
- Additionally, Survivors lose collision with other players for 10 seconds.
- Completing interactions removes Idle Points.
- Crows disperse as Idle Points decrease.
- This system deactivates when the Hatch spawns or during the Endgame Collapse.
Bloodweb Spending Improvements
- Added an Auto Bloodweb button, available after prestiging any character, allowing automatic progression to a selected level if Bloodpoints permit.
- Removed the following pop-ups after their initial display:
- Bloodweb Introduction
- Precaution Pop-up
- Perk Slot Unlocks
Disconnection Penalties
- Penalties now calculate based on your last 20 matches.
- Each disconnect in these matches counts as a penalty point.
- Disconnect penalty points decrease when playing matches without disconnecting (previously decayed at 1 point/day).
Gamma Option
- A new gamma calibration window will appear for all players at launch.
- This visual option remains accessible via the Graphics tab in Options.
Early Quit Prevention
- Added detection for Survivors intentionally dying early in matches.
- Confirmed offenders receive a disconnect penalty and lose one full grade.
- Kobe (Self-Unhook attempts) now available only if:
- Two Survivors remain in the trial.
- A Survivor’s Luck is boosted by an Offering.
- A Survivor equips Slippery Meat or Up the Ante.
- When more than two Survivors remain, they can struggle on hooks but cannot escape and suffer no failed-skill-check penalty.
- Failing two Struggle skill-checks without inputs no longer causes instant sacrifice.
- The Abandoned scoring event now triggers when Survivors quit via this system.
- Increased Abandoned scoring event to 2,000 Bloodpoints (was 600).
Mori Update
- Late-game Mori activation now requires 2 Survivors alive (was 1) and simultaneous conditions:
- 1 Survivor hooked, in Struggle Phase
- 1 Survivor in Dying State
- When criteria are met, Mori’ing a Survivor instantly sacrifices the hooked Survivor.
- Dev Note: You no longer need to wait for hooked Survivors to be sacrificed. Mori with one Survivor remaining works unchanged.
Offering Updates
- All Realm/Map Offerings now grant a 20% chance to send players to the associated Realm/Map.
- Duplicate Realm & Map Offerings don’t stack.
- Most gameplay-altering Offerings are now secret during loading screens.
Spawning Rules
- Survivors now spawn within 12m of each other by default, when possible.
- Survivors now spawn on the same floor by default, when possible.
- Survivor Offering “Shroud of Binding” was replaced with “Shroud of Separation.” Its new effect spawns Survivors far apart.
- All owned Shroud of Binding Offerings convert to Shroud of Separation.
- Killer Offering “Shroud of Separation” was replaced with “Shroud of Vanishing.” Its new effect disables all Survivor spawning Offerings.
- All held Shroud of Separation Offerings convert to Shroud of Vanishing.
Spectator Mode
- Increased spectator slots to 5 in Custom Matches.
- Added spectator hotkeys for easier player swapping in Custom Matches.
- The Spectator top-bar player rotation now supports hotkeys.
- Added controller support for the above updates.
Voice Language Option
- “Voice Language” is a new General Option.
- French voiceovers available for:
- Sable Ward, Gabriel Soma, The Cool Guy, The Cool Girl, Ellen Ripley & Rain now available.
Performance
- Optimized launch performance to reduce instances of in-game stutter.
Gameplay Features
Killer Adjustments
The Lich
- All Spells now available at trial start (previously had 15s initial cooldown).
- Reduced Dissipation Sphere cooldown to 30s (was 35s).
- Reduced Fly cooldown to 20s (was 25s).
- Reduced Mage Hand cooldown to 35s (was 40s).
- Reduced Swarm of Souls cooldown to 30s (was 35s).
- Removed camera lock interaction delay when activating Dissipation Sphere (was 2s).
- Updated Dissipation Sphere projectile to move rapidly upon cast, slowing over 3s to reduce time lost revealing areas close to the Killer.
- Increased Killer Instinct duration when Survivors exit Dissipation Sphere to 5s (was 3s).
- Increased Fly exit interaction time to 2.75s (was 2.5s).
- Increased Fly duration to 5s (was 4s).
- Fixed an issue preventing The Lich from reaching correct movement speed (8.0 m/s) when casting Fly.
- Fixed inconsistent pallet interaction delays for Killers/Survivors after raising a pallet with Mage Hand.
- Increased Survivor interaction delay after pallet raise via Mage Hand to 0.55s (was 0.15s).
- Increased Lich aura reveal duration to 2s when associated Spell is cast per Magic Item (was 1.5s).
- Increased Haste duration to 4s for Survivors equipped with Gloves/Boots of Penetration when Mage Hand is activated (was 3.5s).
The Lich – Add-Ons
- Gloves of Trickery now increases Mage Hand pallet hold time by 0.3s (was 0.5s).
- Crystal Ball now increases Killer Instinct effect by +1s when Survivors are revealed by Dissipation Sphere (was 3s).
- Potency Vial now reduces post-Fly attack lockout period by 0.15s (was 0.3s).
- Ring of Telekinesis now increases jump speed by 10% for 10s after using Mage Hand on a standing pallet (was 8s).
- Spell Storage Ring reduces all Spell cooldowns by 1s (was 2s).
- Elven Cloak now reduces Terror Radius by 22m when activating Fly (was 8m).
- Boots of Haste now grants 3% Haste for 2s after casting Mage Hand (was 5%).
- Rod of Decay now causes Exhaustion for 30s to Survivors entering Dissipation Sphere radius (was 20s).
- Pearl of Power now reduces remaining Spell cooldowns by 2s per successful basic attack (was 3s).
- Cloak of Eyes now reveals Survivor auras within 6m of Treasure Chests for 4s per Spell cast (was 3s).
- Dragon Tooth Dagger now applies Hemorrhage and Mangled for 60s to Survivors hit while holding Magic Items (was 45s).
- Cloak of Invisibility grants Undetectable for 20s when all Spells are on cooldown simultaneously (was 10s).
The Twins
- Victor can now activate chases with Survivors.
Killer Perks
Inclusive Piles
- Reduced Haste value to 5% (was 7%).
- Increased area around completed Generator to 16m (was 12m).
Call of the Deep
- Increased duration to 70s (was 60s).
- Increased Generator regression bonus to 130/140/150% (was 115/120/125%).
Dark Devotion
- Increased Terror Radius transfer duration to Obsession to 35/40/45s (was 20/25/30s).
- Increased transferred Terror Radius area to 40m (was 32m).
Hex: Retribution
- Increased Oblivious duration from Survivor interaction with Dull/Totems to 40/50/60s (was 35/40/45s).
- Increased aura reveal duration when Hex Totem is cleansed to 20s (was 15s).
Machine Learning
- Reduced Haste value to 8% (was 10%).

Exultation
- Increased item recharge value when stunning Killer with pallet to 75% (was 25%).
- Reduced cooldown to 30/25/20s (was 40/35/30s).
Light-Footed
- Reduced cooldown to 14/12/10s (was 28/24/20s).
Badge Updates
Lightbringer:
- Completing repairs grants 0.8 Lightbringer points per progress percentage.
- Being chased while teammates repair grants 0.4 Lightbringer points per progress percentage.
- Blessing a Totem for the first time grants 50 Lightbringer points.
- Being chased while teammates bless a Totem grants 25 Lightbringer points.
- Increased Lightbringer points when teammates repair during chase to 0.5 per percent progress (was 0.33).
- Decreased Lightbringer points from repairing to 0.8 per percent progress (was 1).
