Publisher Headup and developer Toukana Interactive have announced that Dorfromantik will launch on August 14 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Dorfromantik first released in Early Access for PC via Steam and GOG on March 25, 2021, followed by a full release on April 28, 2022. A Switch version arrived on September 29, 2022.

Dorfromantik is a relaxing tile-based puzzle strategy game where you gradually construct idyllic village landscapes. Immerse yourself in a tranquil world anytime for a break from everyday life. For those seeking challenge, it offers strategic depth: achieving high scores demands foresight and careful tile placement.
In Dorfromantik, you start with a stack of randomly drawn landscape tiles. On each turn, you place the top tile onto the map, rotating it as desired to connect terrain like forests, villages, or waterways. Points are awarded based on how well the tile aligns with adjacent features.
Special objectives appear on certain tiles, such as windmills requiring six adjacent grain fields, trains needing connection to 10 rails, or deer needing forests of 50+ trees. Completing these quests grants extra tiles to extend your landscape. The game ends when the tile stack is depleted.
Expanding your world reveals vivid new biomes and pre-placed landmarks that assign long-term tasks. These unlock additional tiles, biomes, and missions.
