The Blood of Dawnwalker Confirmed for PS5 Release in 2026

Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Rebel Wolves have announced that The Blood of Dawnwalker will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC in 2026.

The Blood of Dawnwalker is the opening chapter of Rebel Wolves’ new RPG saga—a single-player open world action RPG and dark fantasy with strong emphasis on story and narrative. Developed in Unreal Engine 5 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

14th century Europe. Bloody conflicts sweep across the land, and the Black Plague descends upon survivors. Following the disasters that claimed thousands of lives, the decimated human population struggles for survival. This is a moment of weakness. In Sangora Valley, somewhere forgotten within the Carpathian Mountains, vampires seize the opportunity to step out of the shadows, overthrow feudal lords, and claim what has been denied to them for centuries: freedom and the supreme power that accompanies it. Legends turn into reality, and history as we know it will never be the same.

You play as Coen, a youth transformed into a Dawnwalker—forever walking the line between the world of day and the realm of night. Neither fully human nor entirely vampire, you have 30 days and 30 nights to save your family or swear vengeance upon your master and destroy all who stand in your path.

Gameplay freedom mirrors Coen’s very nature as a Dawnwalker. Depending on time of day, players will wield different abilities, skills, and narrative outcomes. Players must choose: fight for humanity or embrace the cursed powers?
