Publisher PM Studios and developer Retchy Games have announced that ZOE Begone! will launch on September 17th for PS5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC.

Check out a description:

ZOE Begone! is a frantic hand-drawn bullet hell-style shoot ’em up, blending run-and-gun mechanics with classic shmup action in looping arenas. Inspired by 1930s film-style animation, shoot, run, and battle the Animator’s creations.

All Zoe wants is peace and quiet, but she’ll have to deal with the pesky Animator before she can rest.

Destroy the Animator’s tools, blast their creations, collect Apples to spend on Power Ups, build your multiplier, and restore your surroundings’ serenity to help Zoe get back to normal ASAP (and earn a high score in the process)!

      • Single-player shmup action!
      • 3 Game Modes.
      • 3 Difficulty Levels.
      • Online Leaderboards!
      • Power Ups and upgrades!
      • Combo-based enemy scoring system.
      • Unique art styles and enemy designs per level.
      • Multiple hand-animated enemies!
      • Killer boogie soundtrack!
      • Controller/keyboard support.
      • Twin-stick controls.
