How we score
Score Radar is critic consensus — not a single house review pretending to be the whole conversation.
Traditional review scores collapse dozens of opinions into one number from one desk. Score Radar does the opposite: it surfaces the critical conversation around a PlayStation release and shows where outlets agree or diverge.
The average
The headline average is a simple mean of tracked critic scores for that title. We show source outlets so you can audit the math. When scores use different scales, we normalize to a 0–100 style display before averaging.
Why high / why low
Every dossier highlights recurring praise and recurring criticism — the arguments that actually move the consensus, not isolated hot takes.
What Score Radar is not
- Not a substitute for playing the game yourself
- Not influenced by sponsored posts (those are labeled separately)
- Not a Metacritic clone — narrative context matters as much as the mean
