Capcom has released an official trailer focused on the Hunting Horn’s Boosted Actions in Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance. The video, uploaded to the official Monster Hunter YouTube channel, offers a closer look at how the weapon will change in the upcoming expansion.
According to Gematsu’s report, the trailer features Crushing attacks, aerial and multi-hit strikes, and aggressive Echo Bubbles. Those individual action descriptions come from Gematsu’s coverage of the video rather than from a separate written breakdown on Capcom’s official expansion page.
Capcom’s official Hunting page explains that activating the Boost Bracer temporarily enhances certain actions and unlocks new attacks known as Boost Drivers. The Hunting Horn trailer therefore presents one example of how the broader Boosted Action system will be applied to a specific weapon.
Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance is scheduled to launch in 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Steam, with cross-play support listed by Capcom. The expansion requires a copy of Monster Hunter Wilds to play. Capcom has not announced a more precise release date, price or edition details in the cited material.
