Star Wars: Galactic Racer is putting its new skim speeder in the spotlight. The official Under the Hood with Hibi Episode 3 video presents the vehicle as a new addition to the Star Wars galaxy and confirms its debut in the upcoming racing game.

According to the video’s official description, the skim speeder occupies a middle ground between speeder bikes and landspeeders. It is described as less agile than a speeder bike and less resilient than a landspeeder, with its identity built around balancing those two traits.

The vehicle can build momentum to reach high speed, while its unique Knife Edge maneuver is intended to help it handle sharp corners. The description does not specify the maneuver’s controls, requirements or any cooldown-like limitation, so those details remain unconfirmed.
