Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment announced that the Galactic Games event is now live in Apex Legends.

Galactic Games Event

This event turns Wild Card mode into a contact sport. Players can test their grip and courage by attacking with the Grand Slam Bat, available as floor loot in Supply Bins. Landing a three-hit combo or charged strike will launch opponents out of the arena.

Access Powerful Abilities – Wall Running, Bonus Melee Damage, and More

Players can use Replicators to craft Wild Cards and access powerful abilities like wall running, extra melee lunge, or bonus melee damage.

New Limited-Time Cosmetics

Players can get new Legendary skins for Loba, Sparrow, Bangalore and others, plus Legendary weapon skins for the R-301, Flatline, and more. The ultimate glory: the new universal Grand Slam melee, usable by all Legends. Players can also earn Honor, the event-exclusive currency, to unlock items including Event Packs and Epic Apex Packs.
