Embark Studios is gearing up for the launch of ARC Raiders, an extraction-themed shooter that underwent successful testing periods earlier this year. Despite the success and global fan demand, Embark emphasized that ARC Raiders won’t have additional testing before its October 30 release.
It was also mentioned in a social media post that the title won’t appear at Gamescom.

The team here in Stockholm is working full blast, preparing for the October 30 launch! Our focus now is refining and expanding the experience, and implementing all learnings from Technical Test 2 before release. Just so you know, we’re not planning additional public tests prior to launch.
We learned from our last announcement that it’s crucial to keep expectations in check, so we also want to be clear that we won’t be at Gamescom.
But don’t worry, our launch campaign will kick off before you know it! We’ll have plenty of other updates for you before release.
