Microids has announced Asterix & Obelix: Mission Babylon for PS5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC. The game launches on October 30, 2025.

This time, our heroes leave their beloved village to embark on a long journey across the Parthian Empire, a distant realm under threat of Roman invasion. Their mission? To rescue Monipehni, king of the Parthians, who has fallen victim to a deadly poison concocted by Bahmbuhzeli, a treacherous sorcerer allied with Caesar.
Along the way, they must gather ingredients for an antidote while battling Roman legionaries, all while helping local villagers in exotic, wondrous landscapes.
