Publisher CULT Games and developer 17-BIT have announced Awaysis, a physics-focused dungeon brawler coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. The release date has yet to be announced.
Check out the description:
The ultimate dungeon brawler with realistic physics and relentless combat!
HIGH-LEVEL PHYSICS
An innovative blend of reactive and emergent physics driven by tight arcade controls. Here, momentum and chaos reign as you wall-jump and fling foes into the abyss.
UNLIKELY HEROES
These improbable friends band together to ascend the floating mountain of Awaysis. Explore the long-lost secrets of the mystical temple, gear up, face the Gloom Lord, and restore balance to the world. But hold on… before embarking on this wild adventure, you’ll need to convince the frog to get out of the hot tub!
A CHANGING WORLD
Discover a stunning world where ancient magic clashes with modern chaos. Awaysis features a dynamic difficulty system that will challenge your combat skills as you defeat enemies (and maybe even a few friends) to uncover enchanted loot. Grand rewards await the bravest!
A MEMORABLE SOUNDTRACK
Count on legendary Chip Tanaka’s (Metroid, EarthBound, Super Smash Bros. Brawl) bit-crushing soundtrack to amp up your brawls with friends and foes.
