Inti Creates has announced that Azure Striker Gunvolt Trilogy Enhanced will release on July 24 in Western regions for PS5, Switch, and PC.
Previously, only Japan was confirmed for this release date. Not only has the Western launch now been confirmed, but the PC version has also been announced.
The collection includes enhanced and updated versions of Azure Striker Gunvolt, Azure Striker Gunvolt 2, and Azure Striker Gunvolt 3. See an official description from Inti Creates:
This release contains all three classic 2D side-scrolling action games – Azure Striker Gunvolt (2014), Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 (2016), and Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 (2022) – including all DLC.
Experience not just the action, but the deep story that unfolds without interrupting gameplay through “Live Novel” dialogue that plays during missions. With full voice acting (Japanese-only for Azure Striker Gunvolt and Azure Striker Gunvolt 2) and a total of 37 vocal tracks sung by the Muses, you’ll be immersed in this near-future dystopian world.
Additionally, the series director has overhauled all three titles, refining the action gameplay and updating the music. Previously separate bonus items like voice drama CDs are now included in-game via Library Mode, creating the “definitive edition” of the trilogy.
