Publisher Kodansha and developer Tokoronyori announced that the two-player adventure puzzle game BOKURA will release in November 2025 for PS4, PS5, and Switch 2. The title has been available since August 10, 2023 on Switch, PC, iOS, and Android.

This is an adventure puzzle game exclusively for two players. It’s a two-player experience where both participants play on separate devices. Though cooperative, what each player sees on-screen is completely different.
For example, while observing the same character, one player might see a fairy tale animal, while the other perceives a robot. (This perceptual difference causes objects in the environment to function differently in each world.) Players share what only they can see through dialogue with their partner. They progress by cooperating to solve puzzles and overcome obstacles. The game also features online play with integrated voice chat functionality.
The core gameplay centers around a 2D side-scrolling cooperative puzzle adventure. Throughout the story, players face critical branching choices that result in multiple narrative outcomes.
Story
Two runaway boys discover a dead deer during their journey.
After witnessing it, they lose consciousness – only to awaken seeing completely transformed realities reflected in each other’s eyes.
One inhabits a world of animals, the other a world of machines. Together, they must unravel the mystery behind their transformation.
Will they ever return to their original world?
