A few days ago, Capcom announced the winners of the Street Fighter 6 art contest.
The 26 selected artworks will be given to all players for free and can be used in the VS screens of the online mode. Basically, it’s one new artwork for each character in the game.
However, after the announcement, users began noticing issues with the winners. This led to an official statement from Capcom confirming that the Kimberly artwork was created using A.I.
Today (25th), a new artwork was released, created by Capcom itself, to replace the one in the contest.
The Street Fighter 6 development team has created an original new challenger screen as a substitute for the previous Kimberly piece. This illustration will be given to everyone along with the winning entries for each character.
