Pearl Abyss announced it will showcase the latest Crimson Desert demo for players and media at Gamescom 2025, the world’s premier gaming event, taking place at the Koelnmesse Exhibition Center in Cologne, Germany, from August 20th to 24th.
All event attendees will be able to experience the Crimson Desert demo in the Entertainment Area, Hall 06.1 | Stand B041 – A040. This will be an immersive space designed to bring the game’s rich atmosphere into our world, from the moment fans step into the booth until they have the controller in hand to play.
To ensure a delightful and smooth performance, the demo will run on high-performance AMD PCs paired with Samsung Odyssey G6 and G8 monitors. Moreover, all participants will receive exclusive Crimson Desert items.

Crimson Desert is an open-world action-adventure game set in the magnificent yet brutal continent of Pywel. Discover diverse adventures and experience thrilling action sequences as you follow the tale of Kliff, leader of the Greymanes, who embarks on an unprecedented journey. Developed using Pearl Abyss’s proprietary BlackSpace Engine, the game delivers a cinematic story, breathtaking visuals, and dynamic, fluid combat.
Crimson Desert will launch later this year for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
