The Liberl Kingdom, central to the story, has been fully recreated in 3D, with all distinct characters including Estelle and Joshua receiving visual refinements.

Featuring exhilarating, stress-free combat that seamlessly switches between “Field Action” and “Command Battle” modes, characters’ Crafts and Arts now showcase dynamic animations! While preserving Liberl Kingdom’s scenic landscapes, the game includes diverse missions and numerous side activities that let players fully immerse themselves in the journey through their own perspective.

After their father Cassius disappears, Estelle and Joshua embark on a journey across the Liberl Kingdom. Along the way, they’ll meet new companions and face heartfelt farewells. What awaits them at the end of their adventure…?

Experience this classic reborn for modern audiences. Stay tuned for more updates on The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st – the story that launched the Trails saga.

About the Original Game

Renowned for its intricate worldbuilding and unique characters, the Trails RPG series has earned global acclaim for its epic, TV drama-style narrative and has surpassed eight million units sold worldwide.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky trilogy – comprising the original game, Trails in the Sky SC, and Trails in the Sky the 3rd – launched between 2004 and 2007 as the first chapter in the Trails series.

Set in the Liberl Kingdom, a small nation in southwestern Zemuria, the story unfolds in a world advancing through “Orbal Energy” technology. Protagonists Estelle and Joshua strive to become Bracers – peacekeepers who protect civilians across the realm.

The game chronicles their journey of encounters, partings, and growth as young heroes.

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter launches for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam on September 19.
