Bandai Namco and developers TYPE-MOON and TYPE-MOON studio BB announced that Fate/EXTRA Record has been delayed until the Brazilian fall of 2026. Originally scheduled for 2025, the game will launch on PS4, PS5, Switch, and PC via Steam.

The contracted Servants embody souls of veiled legendary heroes and historical luminaries, materialized as Spiritron lifeforms assigned to one of seven classes like Saber or Archer.
Through shared battles where they entrust their souls to each other, their concealed pasts and desires intertwine.
