The Gamescom 2025 Opening Night Live (ONL) broadcast takes place this Tuesday, August 19th, at 3:00 PM (Brasília time).
Hosted by The Game Awards creator Geoff Keighley, ONL essentially serves as the kickoff for Gamescom, which runs from August 20th to 24th in Cologne, Germany.
ONL follows the classic format of Geoff Keighley’s events – expect numerous trailers for previously announced games alongside several surprises.
The main presentation itself should run approximately 2 hours. However, it will be preceded by a pre-show with Kyle Bosman starting at 2:30 PM, which will also feature some announcements.
