Guacamelee! Devs Announce Blighted, an Action RPG With Co-op

During Summer Game Fest 2025, DrinkBox Studios, known for Guacamelee!, announced Blighted. So far, only PC has been mentioned as a platform, but historically all the developer’s games have released on multiple platforms.

In the past, the dead were buried with seeds planted in their brains. Those seeds grew into trees whose fruits contained memories. Knowledge was passed down through generations via the Memory Trees’ fruits.
