Rob Wiethoff (voice actor of John Marston in the Red Dead Redemption series) stated that “exciting news” he can’t yet share is coming next week.
The information was shared during a Red Dead Redemption livestream by Wiethoff himself. You can view the clip on Reddit.
According to him, the announcement should be revealed by next week’s end, “certainly before Friday,” and he noted he can’t think of anything else “especially while playing this game (RDR1).”
Rumors suggest a PS5 version and Xbox Series version (plus Switch 2) of Red Dead Redemption 2 may launch in 2025, so this “exciting news” could be related. All that remains is to await updates.
