AMATA Games announced that the action-horror game Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau, developed by Noto Muteki, will launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series this Brazilian winter. The title is already available for PC via Steam.

This isn’t your classic Japanese horror game where you can’t fight back against ghosts. In Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau, you’re as much of a threat as the spirits themselves!
The story takes place in Japan, where exorcisms are carried out by government agents. The protagonist is Mizuki Shirakawa, an exorcist from the Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau. Mizuki visits Saiga Village in Nara to investigate a mystery that caused all of the village’s traces to be erased from the internet. Upon arrival, she discovers that all residents have disappeared and the village is infested with an overwhelming number of malevolent spirits.
Electricity, communications, and internet in the village have been severed, and Shirakawa also uncovers someone orchestrating the incidents from behind the scenes.
Shirakawa investigates the mystery with support from her superior Kohinata and colleague Maruoka, who coordinate via radio.
