Night Street Games – an independent studio co-founded by Mac and Dan Reynolds (Imagine Dragons) – unveiled Last Flag during Summer Game Fest 2025, a 5v5 team-based shooter designed to bring “Capture the Flag” into the spotlight.
Set in a universe inspired by 1970s funk, Last Flag transforms players into contestants on the world’s most-watched game show, hosted by the mysterious media magnate Victor Fex.
When cameras start rolling, players leap into an outdoor arena to hide their team’s flag, then race to reveal the enemy’s location by controlling radar towers and scouring every nook and cranny of the map. Capture the flag. Bring it home. Defend it for one minute to secure victory.
The game was officially confirmed only for PC with a 2026 release, but reports suggest the studio is already working on a console version. Check out the Last Flag announcement trailer below.
