RETROCON, the largest event dedicated to retro video game culture in Brazil, has announced a historic participation for its 2025 edition: legendary Japanese composer Yuzo Koshiro will appear in the country for the first time.
Renowned for iconic soundtracks in classics like Streets of Rage, The Revenge of Shinobi, Shenmue, ActRaiser and more, Koshiro is coming to Brazil to promote his new original project published by Limited Run Games, the eagerly anticipated game Earthion.
During the event, Yuzo Koshiro will participate in fan meet & greet sessions, autograph signings, special panels, and an exclusive Sunday musical performance celebrating his career and legacy in the gaming universe. Fans will also get hands-on time with a playable demo of Earthion and access official game merchandise available exclusively at RETROCON 2025.
RETROCON 2025 runs from July 25-27 at São Paulo’s Transamerica Expo Center, gathering enthusiasts, collectors, developers, content creators, and iconic personalities from the video game world.
