The arcade-style beat ’em up featuring a variety of Marvel characters launches in 2025 for PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC.
As unveiled during the “MARVEL Cosmic Invasion Deep Dive – A Nostalgia Driven Approach to Your Favorite Characters” panel, two newcomers debuted in a trailer with stunning comic-book-quality animation, alongside a first glimpse of the fighters in action:
- Silver Surfer, a metallic-skinned humanoid alien from the Fantastic Four series. Imbued with the Power Cosmic, this herald of Galactus can stagger opponents while effortlessly gliding through skies, making escape impossible for insectoid invaders.
- Beta Ray Bill, a fan-favorite powerhouse recognized by Thor as a true ally. This half-cyborg, half-Korbinite wields his devastating hammer Stormbreaker, crushing entire insect battalions in his path.
Emphasizing MARVEL Cosmic Invasion’s team-battle spirit, Tribute Games delivered a second stage surprise: the game will feature full voice acting for playable characters and key figures in its intergalactic narrative.
