NetEase Games announced that Marvel Rivals will receive a “Summer Special Event” on July 17.
“Get ready and celebrate the sun with summer-themed outfits!”, the description states. “Join in to receive the FREE Thor outfit: Worthy Waves. Upgrade to Premium for permanent access to unlock Luna Snow’s Cool Summer outfit, Thing’s Sunshine Thing costume, and more!”.
In addition to this event featuring paid and free outfits, two swimwear outfits for Loki and Psylocke will also launch on July 17 as part of weekly rotations of premium cosmetics added to the game.
Marvel Rivals is a team-based hero shooter featuring Marvel Super Heroes. Assemble a squad of Marvel all-stars, craft strategies, and combine powers to unleash powerful team abilities. Battle across destructible environments and dynamic battlegrounds throughout the ever-evolving Marvel universe.
Marvel Rivals is available for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC.
