Dear fighting game fans, warriors of team battles, Marvel enthusiasts, and everyone else — on behalf of PlayStation XDEV, Arc System Works, and Marvel Games teams, we’re thrilled to announce that the first playable experience of MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls will debut at EVO Las Vegas 2025 in the Arc System Works booth!

Attendees can challenge friends and assemble their own four-character team from six playable Marvel legends, including Captain America, Iron Man, Storm, Star-Lord, Ms. Marvel, and of course, Doctor Doom. Those who step into the ring will also have a chance to earn an incredible collectible pin inspired by our fighting souls. You won’t want to miss this!

Additionally, we’re incredibly excited about the chat with development team members from Arc System Works and Marvel Games, happening Saturday, August 2nd at midnight BRT on the EVO Showcase stage. We’ll reveal new details about the game’s core mechanics — absolutely worth tuning in for!

And if you can’t attend in person, you can catch the live stream at youtube.com/@evoevents

Finally, we’d like to share a message from MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls director Kazuto “Pachi” Sekine:

“Hello, I’m Sekine, director of Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls. On behalf of the entire development team, I want to thank you for the amazing reception to our State of Play trailer. The game is still in development, but we’re eagerly looking forward to sharing more during our EVO panel — especially letting fans get hands-on with the first test build at the event. My hope is to “move forward” together with all players to create an amazing game. We’re experimenting with many innovations to deliver a fresh experience. I can’t wait to hear your feedback.”

Ready your team — we’ll see you at EVO!
