PlayStation announced that the DualSense will soon receive an update allowing it to sync with multiple devices simultaneously.
“Want to pair your DualSense controller with multiple devices at once?”, says Sony. “A planned update for later this year will enhance the pairing functionality. Stay tuned for more details”.
Since PlayStation didn’t provide specifics, it’s impossible to know exactly how many devices can be synced at once or which systems will be supported. Expectations point to simultaneous PS5, mobile, and PC connectivity, but it’s unclear whether one DualSense could connect to two PS5s concurrently.
We’ll have to wait for further details and the actual rollout of this feature to the DualSense.
