IGN exclusively revealed a Magic: The Gathering crossover with Sonic the Hedgehog.
Sonic the Hedgehog will receive three individual Secret Lair drops, and we have the first exclusive preview of one entirely dedicated to artifacts.
Unlike the recent Final Fantasy crossover, which features a full “draftable” Magic set plus four pre-constructed Commander decks, this Sonic crossover follows a similar release model by limiting itself to three Secret Lair drops. Secret Lair is Magic’s name for its temporary release series containing only a handful of specific cards with special art, all sold directly by Wizards of the Coast rather than in randomized packs.
The Turbo Gear Secret Lair release (along with the other two drops) will be available on July 14 at 9 AM Pacific Time via the Secret Lair official website and will cost $29.99 for the non-foil version or $39.99 for the foil version.
