Outbound Confirmed for PS5 Launching in 2026

Publisher Silver Lining Games and developer Square Glade Games announced that Outbound will launch for PS5, in addition to the already confirmed Xbox Series and PC versions. The release is set for 2026.

Here is a description:

Build your house on wheels and live sustainably off the map. Create workbenches and power sources, harness energy from the sun, wind, or water, upgrade and customize your vehicle, grow produce, and explore a colorful world with up to 4 players.

Outbound is an open-world exploration game set in a near-utopian future. Start with a camper and transform it into the home of your dreams, alone or with friends. Build and explore at your own pace. Search for materials, craft, and build inside and on top of your vehicle using modular parts. Advance technology and use energy efficiently to power your home. Adjust your playstyle to adapt to new landscapes and ever-changing environmental conditions.

Power your camper with energy from the sun, wind, or water.

Build
Construct your mobile base using a modular system. Customize your vehicle with paints, decor, and furniture to create the perfect cozy space for you.

Craft
Create workbenches and tools using resources from Mother Nature. Research advanced technologies to refine and combine them, crafting new materials.

Establish gardens to cultivate delicate, delicious plants and mushrooms. Eat them raw or cook satisfying meals to meet your needs.

Play Together
Explore a vibrant open world with diverse biomes, resources, and secrets with friends. Play Outbound solo or cooperatively with up to 4 players.
