Total physical sales (units shipped to stores) and digital sales of Persona 3 Reload have surpassed 2 million units, according to an announcement from SEGA and Atlus.
The game had already reached 1 million shortly after its launch in early 2024.
Furthermore, we already knew sales stood at 2.07 million thanks to data SEGA accidentally leaked in June. Therefore, today’s announcement is merely a formality (and includes new artwork by Shigenori Soejima).
Finally, it bears noting that the Persona series has sold 27 million units worldwide.
“Step into the role of a transfer student thrust into an unexpected destiny when entering the hidden hour between days. Awaken extraordinary power, investigate the mysterious Dark Hour, fight for your friends, and leave an indelible mark on their memories. Persona 3 Reload reimagines the genre-defining RPG for the modern era,” states the game’s description.
Persona 3 Reload is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store.
We’re making it out of Tartarus with this one – Persona 3 Reload has officially sold 2 million units worldwide! 🎉
