Since March 2025, PS4 users can no longer share their posts/activities with “anyone” or “friends of friends.”
The only people who can now see your activities on PS4 are those on your friends list. Players can of course choose to completely hide their posts by selecting “no one” in the visibility settings.
Additionally, Sony has removed the Comment, Like, and Share functions from PS4 Activities.
Activities is the section that appears as the first screen after logging into your account on the console. Few people likely view it, which explains why this removal went unnoticed, but it’s clear that Sony is gradually phasing out some PS4 features as the console becomes significantly older.
