Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Asobo Studio have leaked the announcement of Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, a new game in the A Plague Tale series, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC in 2026.
The leak originated from a post on Focus Entertainment’s official Threads account. The post was made on June 5th, but Focus Entertainment has yet to make any official announcement outside of this.
An official reveal is likely scheduled for tomorrow’s Xbox Games Showcase 2025 on June 8th.
As the trailer shows, this is a spin-off focused on the story of Sophia, a supporting character from A Plague Tale: Requiem.
