Street Fighter 6 Teases Collaboration With K-Pop Group aespa

Capcom is teasing a collaboration between Street Fighter 6 and aespa.

aespa is a K-pop group formed by SM Entertainment. The group debuted on November 17, 2020 with the single “Black Mamba”. It consists of four members: Karina (leader, dancer, rapper, vocalist), Giselle (rapper, vocalist), Winter (vocalist, dancer), and Ningning (vocalist, dancer, rapper). The group aespa is known for its concept blending the real world with the metaverse, where members have virtual “avatars” called “ae-aespa”. They explore sci-fi themes and narrative storytelling in their music and videos, setting them apart in the K-pop landscape.

Despite the teaser only showing the game’s logo alongside the band’s, Juri’s outfit (who is Korean) has already accidentally leaked. It remains to be seen if the collaboration will result only in this outfit or in more content.
