Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive have announced the launch of the new Siege Update for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. Available free for all PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC players, this update introduces a new PvE game mode and two new cosmetic DLCs for Season Pass holders.
Battle against impossible odds in Space Marine 2’s Siege Mode, a new free PvE experience available to all players today. Set on Kadaku, this three-player mode pits you against ever-deadlier waves of Tyranids and Thousand Sons, challenging you and your squad to defend an Imperial fortress for as long as possible.
Earn points with each wave defeated and spend them at Requisition Terminals to stay in the fight. Ammunition, gear charges, and Medical Stimulants will keep you standing, but as the situation intensifies, investing points in reinforcements like Cadian regiments or Dreadnought support becomes invaluable. Every five waves, your squad will be called to defend a new fortress sector—if you survive assaults from Carnifexes, Neurothropes, and Helbrutes.
Extract before it’s too late to earn Requisition Points, Arsenal Dice, and XP, or fulfill your duty to the Emperor—for only in death does duty end.
