The gameplay shows a segment from Villa in Chapter 5 of the story. The site notes that the video has been edited for length and to avoid spoilers of the story/characters.

Check out a description of the game:

Discover the origins of organized crime in Mafia: The Old Country, a turbulent mafia story set in the brutal underworld of early 20th century Sicily. Fight to survive as Enzo Favara and prove your worth to the famiglia in this gripping third-person action, set in a dangerous and unforgiving historical period.

Enzo will do anything for a better life. After a brutal childhood scarred by forced labor, he is ready to risk it all and be recognized as a man of honor by the Torrisi family.

But the oath to the mafia comes with a price. Power, trials, violence – and one absolute certainty:

Family demands sacrifices.

This fantastic story comes even more to life with the stunning visuals, cinematic storytelling, and authentic realism that made the acclaimed Mafia series famous. Enzo’s story takes place in an era when skill with a stiletto blade was lethal, the sawed-off lupara shotgun was the firearm of choice, vendettas spilled blood for generations, and mobsters patrolled their territories on foot, on horseback, or behind the wheel of early automobiles.

Mafia: The Old Country will be released on August 8 for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC.
